When 18 years old, CEO Carlos Cesar Arruda left his hometown Teodoro Sampaio, SP, to study Civil Engineering at the state capital. Soon he was employed as a technical assistant at Construtora Mendes Junior, responsible for building the subway station Barra Funda and Memorial Latin America. He was an intern at\u00a0 Encol S.A. Construction Company, and when he graduated he developed a construction project\u00a0 for Shopping Center Alphaville \/ Barueri-SP. He had the opportunity to work in the developing of semi-industrial construction, which were of unconventional pattern.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div>

Based on the experience gained in all these projects developed, new opportunities arose, taking him throughout Brazil and abroad, applying projects in challenging works.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div>

In 1996, Mr. Carlos Cesar lost his father much sooner than expected, changing his life direction. The plans would be to work only with reports; however, there was a lot of demand for him to develop financial funding projects. Thus, he started to make evaluations of areas, farms, and properties to raise funds from the BNDES (National Bank for Development), Bank of Brazil (FICO), Banco da Amaz\u00f4nia, Sudan, and others. Consequently, he specialized in developing Economic Feasibility projects. This new approach led him to graduate studies, earning an MBA from Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas focused on Project Management.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>

He started working in the financial assets market in 2001, providing business consultancy and advisory services, and raising funds for investment in mining and construction projects.
